- A 3/4 bottle of Maker's Mark (to calm the nerves)
- A stick of deodorant
- Two packets of tangerine flavored Emergen-C for the inevitable hangover drive back to Los Angeles (the only working hangover cure in existence besides pho)
- Two bottles of Vitamin Water (again, for the hangover)

I will second pickle juice (saltwater in general, really). Drink a glass while you're drinking, a glass before bed, and a glass in the morning. No hangover.

It's also fucking beautiful, when it meets up with the 1 and becomes El Camino Real (north of Ventura). The Central Coast is the loveliest part of the state. Drive safely!

And the ppl who live there now, lived there when they filmed the movie. Well, ya know, not While they filmed the movie. But, they let them film it there. Yup.
